Drunk Emailing
Drunk emailing’s alike lighting schooners on fire, alike slapping a boss,
Alike sucking down candy-coated laxatives, alike jogging on train tracks.
It’s less than hilarious sharing sexual conquests with coworkers, ex-lovers,
Grown children, clergy, or acknowledging, to the world, that dozens of bitty
Confections got eaten because bud was fresh, abundant, excessively enjoyed.
Better to work as a pet groomer, to pick up roadside trash, hunt squirrels, or
Detain older sisters to story them over ill-omened roebucks, blue elephants,
Also, the sorts of moggies that waltz on human senses following midnight.
Safer to skate on springtime ice, play with BB guns, skin skunks, inhale a
Lot of glue; folks cast evil eyes on florescent tykes pottering via consoles.

Gilded, mayhap, covered with hyperbole, too, select acts
Seem desirous of escaping constructivism and relativism
As they strive to reaffirm the possibility of knowledge in
Confused semantics; a general understanding of societies
Remains necessary for those kinds of realizations to slog.
After all, much research focuses on scraps of no concern.
Regrettably, our interest lingers on casual contexts, upon
Entertainment or sports, else, discussions of comfortable
Methodology. Qualms linger as valuable analytical tools
For grasping divers primitive, pedestrian, circumstances.
Influencers’ goings-on readily steer our clasp of confluent
Actions. No matter that we drub our designs, all divergent
Judgements seize up. Instead, creativity sallies vitalities if
Such happenstances exclude erroneous exchanges, ignore

Maneuver elections & protest many exorbitant utility payments.
Desideria like theirs lack advertence. Basically, they’re fundamental,
Sojourning across sere interpersonal landscapes, where no diversion

Popularity. Instead, they often resort to questionable deeds. Hurrah!
