Reweighed from History
by Orbindu Ganga

Dilapidated edifice

Snores the memories

Layered for epochs.

       She breathes

       A history

       Untouched by the venerable.

Ignored with the time

To be reignited

The traces of memorabilia

Back to life.

        The eyes opened

        After the Crimean war

        Holding the light

        Rendered by the nightingale.
